We ARE NOT responsible to make copy additions or omissions, change graphics or layout, etc. with the BASIC SERVICE PACKAGE.

If you want changes to your advertisement once it is composed, there is a $20 charge per incident for us to do it. We suggest you fix or adjust your own advertisement, so that it looks the way you want it. Asking us to fix, change, omit, move, add, etc., is $20 per incident or $70 per hr. for time spent (whichever is less). This ALSO pertains to switching an advertisement you have already approved and staff has added to the queue for sending. A $20 queue switching fee will be required If you send a new advertisement, with some additions or corrections, after you have already submitted an advertisement.

We have staff on hand to compose ads at $70 per hour. You would be billed for only the actual time needed for your design. This includes the original composition plus one proof reading by client and one round of fixing, changing, omitting, moving, adding, etc., After the first round, any additional changes, fixes, omissions, moving around, adding, etc., is billed at $20 per incident.

All changes must be done 2-3 days in advance of the send date - PLEASE no last minute additions, changes, or omissions.
